"Health vision is once thought to be about little more than the provision and funding of medical care: the social determinants of health were discussed only among academics. not it all this is now changing. While medical care can prolong survival and improve prognosis after some serious diseases, more important for the health of the population as a whole are the social and economic conditions that make people ill and in need of medical care in the first place like (medical centers, institute hospital) any way we need better treatment any where. if we are suffering from dental decease then we should consult with dentist, if we surrounded with any muscles problem the we consult with orthopedics so we should consult with a specialist of the same decease we should not delay in treatment because primary stage of any decease is easy to control. Nevertheless, universal access to medical care is clearly one of the social determinants of health.
